Terms of Use

1. Software License Grant (Not Ownership)

When you purchase or rent access to any Minecraft plugin created by Vonzo (including Paper/Spigot 1.21 plugins such as Vonzyic Vehicles), the software is licensed to you, not sold.

You obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software code, binary assets, algorithms, or intellectual property.

2. Distribution Channels & License Models

All licenses are sold and delivered exclusively through my official Discord server (dsc.gg/vonzo-hub). I do not sell licenses through third-party marketplaces or external brokers.

Two licensing models are offered:

• Monthly Rental: Provides access for an active 30-day billing cycle. Rental licenses stop operating when the rental term expires or is not renewed.
• Permanent Purchase: Provides perpetual access for the current major software version. Permanent licenses do not expire.

3. Free 3-Day Trial

I offer an official free 3-day evaluation trial for all prospective buyers upon request in Discord. During this trial period, you can thoroughly test the plugin in your own server environment to ensure full compatibility and satisfaction before committing to a purchase or rental.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once a license key has been delivered.

Because digital software keys cannot be physically retrieved once issued, and because an unrestricted free 3-day trial is made available so buyers can test the plugin thoroughly beforehand, payments for monthly rentals and permanent licenses are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Technical Support

Customer support is provided directly through my official Discord server or via email at vonzo.official@gmail.com.

I aim to reply to all technical inquiries and support tickets within 24 hours. Please note that this 24-hour turnaround is a target response goal, not an absolute legal warranty or service level agreement (SLA).

6. Software Updates & Future Major Versions

Bug fixes, stability improvements, and minor compatibility patches within the current release cycle are delivered periodically at my discretion. However, free future updates are not promised or guaranteed.

If a major new architecture or major version is released (such as Version 2.0), it may be sold separately as a distinct product, and I reserve the right to offer it at a discount or as a complimentary upgrade to select early customers at my sole discretion.

7. Anti-Piracy, Tampering & License Restrictions

You agree to strictly uphold software copyright integrity. You may not:

• Pirate, leak, distribute, share, or publish the plugin binary or license keys.
• Resell, sublicense, rent out, or transfer your license to any third party.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or disassemble the plugin bytecode.
• Bypass, spoof, emulate, crack, or interfere with the DRM heartbeat verification.

Violating any of these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent termination and revocation of all associated licenses without notice or refund, and will lead to legal action under applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability & "As Is" Disclaimer

The software is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

I shall not be held liable for any server downtime, crashes, incompatibilities with third-party plugins, loss of data, corrupted game worlds, lost player traffic, or lost business revenue. In any case, my maximum cumulative financial liability arising from or related to the software shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the buyer for their current active license term.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, their validity, and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
